This is never an issue, I always create a connection with you and your family and set an atmosphere to engage in a friendly and fun way, but when the kids are simply just not having a good day, I will help to guide you on snuggling and cuddling them, and encourage you to parent in the loving way that you do, in the that you know they need. These tender moments are real and raw and with my expertise and experience, these moments are beautifully captured for emotive story telling within your gallery.

I hear this a lot, most families has some kind of concern around feeling natural, this is where my experience comes in. I guide all of my families and sessions, candid shots are only partly candid as I make sure you know what to do, where to stand, where it best light is and I set you up for the best, natural looking shot, every time!

All of my clients comment on ‘how easy’ the session was and how to didn’t feel award at all! That’s my super power!

This will depend on a few things such as your family situation and requirements. However I generally suggest that family photography sessions (not including newborn photoshoots) be held outdoors, this will allow us lots of space and room to move, play, walk and adventure together and for the kids personalities to really shine through as you interact and spend an hour being totally present with them.

I have a client wardrobe that you have complimentary access to. The wardrobe is available for Mum’s, bubs and kids! I have clothing appropriate for all weather including textures and tones that work perfectly for my locations and photography style. Styling a photoshoot session on your own can be tricky, there are a lot of things to consider, so I take all the pressure off and can style everyone for you!
